A93 Rochallie Landslip Repair: Project Manager during the construction phase of this scheme involving the installation of two sections of gabion baskets and reno mattresses, and associated road drainage improvements and resurfacing work. Oversaw commercial related aspects of the scheme including replying to Technical Queries and reviewing Early Warnings and Compensation Events, assessing Applications for Payment and construction phase programmes submitted by the Contractor; issuing Project Manager’s Instructions to the Contractor throughout the construction phase.

A6 Londonderry to Dungiven Dualling: completed geometric designs as part of the specimen design for this 14km long upgrade from single carriageway to dual two lane carriageway i.e. a new 80m ICD four leg roundabout; a new ghost island junction; a new local access road. Designed cut-off ditches, including modelling in MX Roads software; responsible for the Stage 2 Scheme Cost Estimates; undertook a Resourcing review for the Statutory Procedures and Public Inquiry stages; re-designed road drainage networks to facilitate the re-location of attenuation ponds. A72 Neidpath Retaining Wall: undertook the detailed design of an earth retaining wall; completed the AIP documentation; established the road drainage design for the adjacent carriageway; completion of a Departure from Standard application; compilation of the B of Q. A9 Dualling Programme Bid: completed the Quality Submission for this tender to undertake the Stage 1 Assessment for upgrading the A9 between Perth and Inverness to dual carriageway standard.

Kirkintilloch Link Road: secondment to site in the position of Sub Agent for the construction of this new 3.65km long single carriageway road. Duties included completion of Method Statements, Risk Assessments and programmes; setting out the roadworks; material take-offs; supervising sewer diversions; completion of Compensation Events; issuing Requests for Information.
