Paul Dockry leads the company’s consumer loan servicing business. Most recently, he led the start-ups and held executive leadership positions with Wells Fargo Bank Education Financial Services line of business. Prior to that, he held several leadership positions with EduServ Technologies/HEMAR Service Corporation of America.Dockry led the start-up and ongoing leadership for each of the company's technology, contact center, collections, processing operations, and third-party service provider oversight groups. He provided leadership for two of the industry's largest education lending portfolio integrations Norwest/Wells Fargo (1998) and Wells Fargo/Wachovia (2009) resulting in a $32 billion student loan portfolio under management. A 38-year veteran in financial services, Dockry specializes in consumer lending. He has held a variety of leadership positions in the areas of origination, fulfillment, servicing and contact center operations; business process management; sales and marketing; collections; vendor management; and technology.
