I have worked for GE for 9 years now , beginning with managing the Service logistics in 2005 which involved shipping kits and parts to Engineers and customers . In 2007 i moved to an office role within the service department , the role included customer contact , arranging Service calls , dealing with Calibrated test equipment , call handling , Logistics . During this period i was involved in the initial set up of Bybox delivery Network , which is now widley used .In 2009 i was offered the opportunity to train as GE Healthcare field Engineer and now have 5 years of Field experience with the AKTA range . Mainly concentrating on the London territory .I am married to Charlotte and have two Sons Jack and Jamie .
