Responsible for the business development and technical leadership of the Frazer-Nash Asset Integrity Group.Responsibilities include:Development and implementation of strategy with the aim of meeting the requirements of the company business plan. This includes identifying and leading the development of technical capability through targeted recruitment and specifying private venture projects, and defining objectives for growth over the long term.Mentoring, training and developing engineers in both technical knowledge and commercial application.Technical and commercial leadership of projects across a diverse range of markets including nuclear and conventional power generation, marine, defence, aerospace and oil and gas.Monitoring and supervision of projects run within the Group to ensure requirements for quality, cost and timescales are managed within expectations.Developing and maintaining new customer relationships to expand our work streams and to ensure that we provide them with excellent service.
