🚀 As a Technical Director and Principal Engineer, I have the honor of bringing our Entrepreneurs' products to life.🔧 What I do: 🔧🎯 I help entrepreneurs conceive, design, prototype, test, and improve their product ideas. My objective is to create their Minimum Viable Product so they can test it on the market and iterate as quickly as they can. ⚙️ I engineer electro-mechanical solutions from design conception using CAD, through electronics design, mechanical design, programming, and product specifications.🏆 Accomplishments:🏆🎨 Designed and delivered numerous prototypes to three cohorts, totaling over 100 entrepreneurs.⚙️ Led the construction of 5 solutions for replacing 10 kVa generators.🌍 Led the procurement, installation, and commissioning of our FabLab, the first officially registered Fab Academy node in West Africa.🔄 Designed and implemented a product development program that guided entrepreneurs through the process of developing their product from conception through to MVP.

🔍 As a Research Engineer (Mechanical) at CanmetENERGY in Ottawa, I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of a groundbreaking technology aimed at reducing the environmental impact of oil sands—Direct Contact Steam Generation (DCSG).🔧 What I did: 🔧🌱 played a key role in the development of DCSG, a technology with the potential to reduce carbon emissions by 50-80%.⚙️ led and performed design reviews including FEA review meetings and HAZOPs.🔧 helped build and construct the pilot plant according to TSSA regulation and GD&T specifications.🔍 Performed CAD modelling and mechanical design of various components.💻 Performed combustion reaction modeling, thermodynamic, fluid, and heat transfer design and simulation using HYSYS.🛠️ Performed material selection and material compatibility reviews for the high-temperature corrosive environment.🚀 Project Journey: 🚀🌍 From the initial concept to technical and economic feasibility studies, bench-scale testing, and pilot-scale testing, I witnessed and was an integral part of the project's evolution.🌐 I actively participated in securing client investment, pilot-scale feasibility, and pilot-scale demonstration, ensuring the project's progress.⚙️ I led and performed design reviews including FEA review meetings and HAZOPs.🔧 I helped build and construc the pilot plant according to TSSA regulation and GD&T specifications🏆 Impact and Gratitude:🏆🌲 I thoroughly enjoyed being part of a project that aimed to make a positive impact on Canada and the environment.🌍 Upon my departure, the client was in the process of negotiating a field-scale demonstration in Fort McMurray.
