Area Manager (LSS Facilities Management): Direct operational support and account management to our site based facility teams at Leicester City Football Club, Ricoh Arena and The Crown Estate whilst providing business improvement support to the rest of the LSS portfolio.Business Improvement Manager (LSS Facilities Management): Providing quality assurance, training, contract mobilisation, recruitment, HSE, HR, compliance and operational improvement support to our facility management teams at venues including Wimbledon Tennis Club, Twickenham Stadium, Leeds Festival and the Oval Cricket Ground.Operations Manager (Levy Restaurants UK): Operational management of hospitality, retail and C&E at the King Power Stadium, Leicester City Football Club. Starting as an Activity Instructor, I moved through the Kingswood management structure at venues in Norfolk, West Midlands, Yorkshire and IOW. I enjoyed progressional roles as Senior Instructor, Senior Group Leader, Activity Co-ordinator and Recruitment Manager before becoming a Programme Manager. This role involved the management of all outdoor sessions, IT and environmental activities on site, liaising with staff, visiting teachers and members of the on-site facilities team.
