•Evaluate and work with our clients as well as internally with the business, operations, and attorney departments to find proactive opportunities for high-quality and time-sensitive RPA solutions in our workplace. •Manage the entire project life cycle for all RPA development projects including discovery, planning, estimation, execution, implementation, UAT, roll-out and ongoing support. RPA development project work includes the research, design, and implementation of scalable applications for information identification, extraction, analysis, retrieval, and indexing within our information database (Time Matters).•Create highly detailed end-to-end requirement documents for application projects in Java, C# and Python for the software development team.•Responsible for the completion of multiple small and large project deadlines simultaneously while overseeing a team of three software developers.•Train new analysts and developers on HLS’ systems and applications by creating a method of change management that includes a documentation library, communication plans, and process training. •Monitor, manage and evaluate the performance of our team of IT analysts, providing day-to-day oversight and upkeep of the roughly 70 bot applications. •Manage all billing request work for 6 of our hospital systems, including over 30 hospitals, to keep high balance problematic claims resolved within insurers tight timelines through weekly meetings with our clients. •Responsible for assignments of all daily outsourced client work to a team of over 15 paralegals and 3 attorneys.
