Moana Clothing is a designer, manufacturer and supplier of uniforms, especially school uniforms. It also supplies sportswear through Moana Sport.

Frampton & Associates focuses on treasury management and cash management services. I have undertaken projects in New Zealand as well as Thailand, Tanzania, Sudan and Bhutan for the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, IMF and AusAid. The projects in Sudan and Bhutan involved the establishment of TSAs and hence there was close liaison with the Central Banks.

Initially part of the team that developed the business case for the creation of Kiwi Bank. In particular, set the start up capital requirements of $85 million. Once the business case was approved, I became the Programme Director and was responsible for the on time and within budget implementation of the bank. Kiwi Bank got its banking licence in January 2002 and opened its first bank in February 2002.

National Partner in charge of the Management Consulting practice. The consulting practice was based in Auckland and Wellington and covered IT, finance and operational improvement services. During my leadership, the practice grew from around 70 consultants and partners to over 120.

I was initially invited to New Zealand to assist in the creation of the treasury function at the newly formed Trust Bank in early 1988. I then transferred from London to Wellington for two to three years to establish a Finance and Treasury consulting team in Wellington. Once this was completed, I established a similar team in Auckland and then assumed national responsibility for the operational improvement and re-engineering practices. I was made partner of Deloitte Haskins &Sells in October 1999 - the last new partner internationally before the merge with Touche Ross.

Joined as a Consultant in October 1982 and promoted to Manager within nine months and then Senior Manager. Led the creation of a Treasury Management consulting team which was focused on providing treasury services (banking, cash management and foreign exchange) to both financial institutions and corporates. In fact, the team developed treasury policies for five of the top 10 UK companies of the time.

Part of the team that established a new finance company subsidiary of International Harvester GB. I became the founding Finance Director of the company. It's purpose was to provide floor-planning finance to assist dealers to stock IH agricultural equipment and retail finance to assist dealers to sell products.

Managed the capital plan and supervised and/or reviewed all business cases for capital expenditure and the development of new products

One of three Managers of Works Accounting reporting to the Works Controller. The factory had 7,000 workers. I had a staff of 50 people looking after the general ledger, budgeting and reporting and accounts payable.
