I work in the HR Innovation and Tech team, which is driving the implementation of global HR standards across the civil service. My key role is advising departments on enabling improvements, efficiencies and innovations through SaaS and other technology such as RPA and Artificial Intelligence. Previously I was a Fast Stream scheme and talent manager, managing the development of future civil service leaders and leading the Finance Fast Stream programme. Before joining the Civil Service I was the senior analyst at Trading Standards National Intelligence Team. The team provide intelligence support for Trading Standards throughout England and Wales. We produced a variety of intelligence and analytical packages targeting serious and organised criminals and identify threats and emerging issues to consumer protection. I set up all the analytical processes and products for the unit and managed a team of analysts, researchers and intelligence officers. I was also responsible for producing the national tactical and strategic assessments.I am an experienced NIAT and strategic trained analyst and ex-police officer with years of experience working in police investigations and intelligence teams. I hold a 2.1 degree in Psychology and Criminology and my interests are "big data" and data science and I am currently undertaking a Master's in Data Science.
