I have 25 years’ experience in managing multiple teams and have an excellent background in customer services management, children’s playwork and operational management.Working within the largest local government in Europe I formed part of a specialist team with a remit to provide quality play opportunities for children in the most deprived areas of Birmingham. This entailed managing 15 centres, detached play teams and large citywide play events for 3500 children daily.I am currently working across an estate of hospitality venues in South East Leicestershire as a Senior manager working with 100 employees ensuring standards are always high whilst also working in a customer facing role ensuring every experience in our venues is personal, friendly and most of all enjoyable.I have a university degree in Playwork and forming part of this study modules included, emotional intelligence, psychology, effective communication, managing activities and people, management theory.
