• Supervision of the day to day operations of the Customer Service department.• Control and maintenance of material status and setting in the SAP ERP system.• Develop /design tools for daily reporting of OE & Sales, as well as specific reports for marketing assistance and sales when requested.• Continual monitoring of delivery performance in association with stocking status.• Continued support of HUB concept for supply of materials• Continued contact with transport and customs brokerage suppliers to maintain expenses with set budgets.• Implement and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 systems for Canadian operations, inclusive of Certified Management member for the Joint Health and Safety Committee.• Manage ISO system, including process improvements and documentation, to ensure certification is maintained and continuous improvement is achieved on an ongoing basis.• Developed and implemented tools to ensure effective tracking and monitoring of on-time-performance, inventory levels and Customer satisfaction• Manage product assembly and pre-inspection with a focus on defect-free product deployments.• Responsible for inventory control to minimize costs and ensure corporate objective for inventory turns is met or exceeded. This is conducted by merging a multiple number of files into spreadsheets prior to configuring them for the required output of information.• Team member for the implementation of SAP, assisting in the process design and control for product. Also configured a large portion of data, mixing history and future processes, to be uploaded into the new system.• Trained other acquired organization on the SAP system, as well as assisted them in developing processes to work with their configuration of SAP.• Required to travel to the US on a regular basis to assist on NAFTA objective development. These workshops are also utilized for reporting purposes against set targets.
