Het verleden kun je niet veranderen, je kunt er alleen van leren. En op de toekomst kun je jezelf weliswaar voorbereiden, je kunt nooit zeker weten wat er precies gebeurt. De enige tijd die zekerheid en houvast biedt en die je kunt sturen, is het heden.Door mijn werkzaamheden als ambulant begeleider, trainer en coach ben ik allround geworden op het gebied van persoonlijke begeleiding en coaching. Mijn ervaring met aansturen en coachen van medewerkers & klanten én contacten met netwerkpartners hebben mij gevormd tot de coach/ambulant begeleider die ik nu ben: optimaal geïnteresseerd in hoe (innerlijke) communicatie verloopt, toegerust met methodieken en middelen om zelfinzicht te vergroten, (innerlijke) communicatie te verstaan, te begrijpen, te verbeteren en waar nodig probleemoplossend te kunnen werken. Ik denk mee, spiegel, stel veel vragen en bevorder op deze wijze het creëren van verschillende keuzemogelijkheden, passend bij de verschillende denkrichtingen. Uitgangspunt hierbij is altijd de eigen kracht en inzicht van het individu.

The Flemish Government has realized that a modern Digital Business is no longer all about just electronic commerce, digitizing documents, business process automation or capturing customer notes and efficient case resolution. In today’s complex and unpredictable world they could not anticipate to the type of digital business their incumbents, front- and back-offices need. The Flemish Government is convinced that a modern Smart Digital Business Application is customer-centric with seamless integration across the entire Customer Journey and will deliver innovative Customer Experiences across various divisions and departments. What they needed was an efficient, adaptive, unified rapid delivery Digital Business Platform that adapts to the dynamic context of the incumbents and local business. The much needed platform must also be flexible enough to accommodate any unforeseen scenarios that complex interactions present to provide optimal positive outcomes and resolutions which enables efficient knowledge workers, delivers superior customer experiences, mitigates risk, minimizes organizational impact and reduces costs. Together with a team of matter experts we have designed, developed and implemented a baseline in which the Flemish Government can augment to a full digital adaptive platform.

KAS was initially a start-up within KPN. At the start there were only a couple of enthousiastic people with an enormous drive and outstanding expertise.
