• Assisting the preparation, assessment & submission of home loan applications• Undertake a detailed assessment of loan application, ensuring accurate information has been provided in compliance with the company and lender policy• Completing serviceability calculators on numerous Australian Lenders to identify loan serviceability based from the applicants income, liabilities & scenarios• Checking of supporting documents (credit card statement, home loan statement, savings statement, application forms, I.D., payslips, valuation report)• Data entry using Mercury, Salesforce and ApplyOnline • Liaising with Australian Brokers with the list of missing documents and information to finalize loan submission

• Work closely with assigned Australian Mortgage Brokers• Follow up calls with Lenders to check the status of the loan applications• Loan Tracking (Application – Settlement)• Delegate task to Brokers• Data Entry using Mercury and ApplyOnline (Owner occupied Loan, Investment Loan & Construction Loan)• Generates daily, weekly and monthly report

• Checking and approval of sales order using SAP• Strict monitoring of special pricing and deals made by sales department• Direct coordination to other departments (Inventory, Logistics, Credit and collection and sales)• Ensure efficient work flow process from order placement to delivery• Provides daily sales report and other reports needed by management• Supervises team member• Generates daily, weekly and monthly report

• Receiving of incoming warehouse items using Oracle• Inspects the quality and ensure completeness of items upon receiving

• Update all incoming stocks and monitor all out going stock in the system
