Dexter Teo has been in the mortgage industry since 2001. Starting out in the banking sector dealing with loan structuring and syndication, Dexter moved on to mortgage broking after realising that his clients could be better served with advice not tied to a principal. Dexter is also an accredited mortgage broker (non-practicing) with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). To date, he has advised on loans (both corporate and retail) totaling close to S$500 million. Dexter started LoanWorks with a group of partners after realising that there was a gap to be filled within the mortgage broking industry in Singapore. Although there are many websites offering comparison services, LoanWorks is the first and only mortgage broking company that offers the benefits of loan aggregation. Together with a team of dedicated mortgage consultants, we seek to empower our clients by giving them greater bargaining clout through aggregation.
