As a consultant for Collaborative Futures, I've been involved in various projects and activities. The main focus of the aforementioned projects and activities; scenario development, creative writing, game development, qualitative research, systemic analyses, codesign and facilitation of strategic foresight processes. Next to my role as a consultant I have also operated as the country manager for Collaborative Futures and as such have been responsible for the management of the Collaborative Futures network in Australia and liaison with other countries, organization and hosting of monthly gatherings and associated events and activities. Other aspects of my role within Collaborative Futures; stakeholder mapping, management and engagement, project management, executive and administrative support, qualitative research, facilitation of participatory systemic analyses and strategic foresight processes within strategy and policy design.

I held the role of Assistant Foreman/Foreman which included managing both commercial and residential projects as well as managing various stakeholders involved. I represented the company in the project meetings, managed the logistics (planning and ordering of necessary materials). I was responsible for the progress of the project and accountable to the company for project management.

As an All-round Plumber I took part in the construction of multiple commercial and residential projects. These projects varied from small (15 residencies) to highly complex projects.

I undertook a year to travel and learn from other cultures and communities. I was also able to incidentally volunteer and support people along the way with my skills and knowledge.

I worked in a range of customer service roles for Vodafone. My ability to rise through the Vodafone system saw me leaving the company as a project designer and lead. This project designed a systemic process to improve the loyalty and customer satisfaction of domestic and commercial customers. The project influenced systems improvements in other parts of the company.

Being Head of the Service Department I managed the technicians, I was responsible for most of the financial administration of the Service Department and I handled customer complaints. Next to that I coordinated the planning for the technicians as well as the logistics of necessary materials. Another important aspect of my role was the acquisition of new customers, both private and commercial.
