I worked as an intern at Finland's permanent delegation in Paris in spring the spring of 2019. My main focus was managing the delegations' communications, and on various projects ranging from video production to a social media campaigns.- Took part in representing Finland at various OECD meetings and working groups, taking minutes and reporting them, taking the floor if needed - Lead the delegation's outside communications and social media. Made a communication strategy, identified KPI's, and directed communications according to analytics. The delegation's social media accounts achieved a record number of visibility and engagement during my tenure. - Took part in organising Finland's participation at OECD Forum 2019 and the Ministerial council meeting. Intense, project-oriented work with the minister's schedules, social media, etc. - Direction, sound design, scripting and filming a line of interview videos with the diplomats of the delegation for communications and recruitment purposes. - Keeping up communication with stakeholders regarding various projects celebrating Finland's 50 years membership at the OECD, ranging from a celebratory comic to various events - Fast-paced work as a part of a team of professionals in an international setting

I worked as a part of a team which has its foci on governance innovation and the future of public sector. Research, sales & consultancy and project management work on a plethora of different projects. Fast-paced and challenging co-creative work with clients spanning three continents. - The Experimental Framework Project: Helped with designing a multitude of deliverables, research, graphic design, workshops of 100 people and other content for a project at a Prime Minister's Office abroad. Included designing a one-pager which went straight to the Ministers, organizing the travels and lodging of the team and doing background research of the context (mapping out the attendees and their offices)- Designed a keynote, slides, graphics, a pre-workshop-survey and did other preparations for a public sector innovation event held for UNDP officials from 13 different nations in Cairo, Egypt. Prepared the final report of the event to UNDP. - Prepared an entire workshop+keynote event for Estonian civil servants (30 in attendance) in Tallinn. The event included a keynote and a workshop on experimental governance. Sales, communications, execution, billing, follow-up sales.- Research, logic model, timeline, risk analysis and budget for a project application submitted to the Department of Labour and Human Rights, USA- Sales preparations for a client meeting in Paris, background context and talking points- Background research and designing a policy experiment for an application to the Finnish Ministry of Agriculture with a colleague (Approved)- VM2025 (Digitalization of the Finnish Government) Facilitation and organizing workshops at different Finnish ministries and unpacking the findings- Launched a newsletter for business partners and identified clients for a digitalization project- Wrote a blog on the future of experimental governance- Unpacked and analyzed workshops for the YTYÄ project.- General: Silverbucket, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Google Slides/Docs/Sheets
