Managing training, service offer and business programs that support operations for Global Technical Account Management Services.

Role Responsibilities -Dynamically leads Dell support and services for several large accounts in the fields of power and energy, financial institutions and major health systems -Ensures effective ownership, communication, coordination, and facilitation of support service activities between the customer and support teams, account teams, field service personnel.-Develops and coordinates proactive maintenance initiatives based on industry best practices and statistical data trends-Identifies and leads continuous improvement activities for customers/internal business processes -Leads complex service delivery processes, develops creative resolutions to complex problems, and ensures contractual support service deliverables are understood and managed effectively

Provides direct staff support to the Commander, Ninth Air Force. -Prioritizes, organizes, executes commander's vision through daily messages, e-mail, and personal correspondence. -Plans and executes 2-star General level conferences and prepares 9 AF commander for high-visibility visits and engagements. -Prepares analysis, briefings, and speeches to assist articulation of Ninth Air Force position on key defense issues. -Authors personal correspondence, relays 9 AF Commander requirements to staff, assists with communications and conducts special projects/studies. -Coordinates special speaking events and official ceremonies.

- Provides oversight, policy and guidance to the Ninth Air Force Commander for Manpower, Personnel and Services functions for 8 Wings & 3 Direct Reporting Units(11 Locations) encompassing over 28K personnel.- Directs 9th Air Force promotion, assignment, civilian personnel, senior leader mgmt and developmental education programs- Manages Electronic Records Management program and Secure and Non-secure SharePoint content management sites for 28K users- Leads executive services for 9th Air Force Commander; reviews evaluations, decorations, special awards and recognition programs

- Leads team of 11 personnel to manage quick response taskings deploying U.S. Air Force personnel- Provides headquarters level Manpower guidance to 20K+ Airmen in Area of Responsibility and 600+ sister service military and 700+ contract personnel- Led USAFCENT HQ Shaw Iraq Transition of Forces--largest military force drawdown since Vietnam; 6K+ Airman down to zero.

- Leads organization of 124 military, civilians & $758K dining hall contract support for the premier war-ready Fighter Wing in PACAF- Oversees $2+ million budget for two dining facilities, one world class fitness center, 392-bed VQ & 280-bed contingency lodging- Manages Consolidated Club, Kunsan's food/beverage/entertainment hub, and Wolf Pack Cafe, providing 24/7 Quality of life programs- Directs wing fitness/sports programs supporting over 240K patrons/yr; -Provides over 20K hot/take-out meals per week
