This involves crafting and executing business strategies, encompassing artist management, talent development, and our not-for-profit initiatives. I am responsible for creating strategic partnerships, negotiating deals, and expanding our network to provide unparalleled opportunities for our artists to thrive and succeed.

Responsible for being the first point of contact between guests and the experience in the venue, collecting data feedback. Liaising with companies and clients in order to successfully plan events. Part of my responsibilities is the leading the outreach programs with local clientele, allowing us to successfully network with local business and hospitality venues.

Freelance Artist & Repertoire scout for the Ultimate Live event in May 2023. Responsible for scouting and overseeing the artistic development of artists and submissions. Responsible for listening to a collection of music for the event, narrowing down the selection of artists based on the criteria.
