l have always wanted to help people. To have a job where there is a chance of making a genuine, positive impact on someone's life. By relating my life experiences, good and bad and being able to teach my extensive gardening,maintenance and construction skills, through volunteering, to others. Is a dream come true. Who would have thought that, by sharing my biggest mistakes , and lowest moments,and being vulnerable I could potentially help others, whilst teaching the skills that I have picked up over a very eclectic career. I would never thought such a job existed, and probably didn't until Stu Holmes developed a ground breaking program to help, ex offenders, people with substance abuse issues,or struggling with there mental health. By changing self esteem and negative behaviours, readying them for employment .
