Served as the commander of a company of military intelligence professionals conducting a combined ROK-US strategic intelligence mission in support of United States Forces Korea. Responsible for the accomplishment of our mission and the training, welfare, and morale of over 90 soldiers, civilians, and Korean nationals.• Managed a diverse organization of 9 sections and a fleet of 20 tactical vehicles. Ensured mission requirements were met and soldiers were taken care of while overseas and away from their families.• Developed an efficient and adaptable team capable of accomplishing its mission despite personnel shortages, conflicting requirements, and a continuously evolving operational environment.• Led company through 3 theater-wide exercises, developed 12 training events, managed assets totaling over $30 million, and retained talent by fostering a “people first” culture of respect and inclusion.• Oversaw all administrative actions, improved internal systems, and ensured regulatory compliance.

Oversaw daily operations, led major projects, and managed strategic planning for an organization of over 200 people.• Led planning efforts for 8 major training events, developed and maintained calendars, implemented long-range planning, and synchronized the organization through effective communication.• Advised the commander and operationalized their intent by developing products, spearheading projects, and collaborating with leaders across the organization. • Developed, planned, and led a planning conference to create comprehensive training guidance and a detailed training calendar for the next year. Consolidated conference outputs and published annual training strategy for the organization. • Supervised an operations team of 10-12 soldiers, provided quality assurance for all publications, developed standards for publishing and planning, and mentored 6 subordinate leaders.
