Leading an organization responsible for the solutioning, planning, and execution of security initiatives between Dell Digital (IT) and our Cyber-Security group; Command, Control, Communications, and resolution of Major Incidents; Closed loop corrective action processes; Change Enablement process; architecture, deployment, and maintenance of tools related to operational dispatch and AI Chat-Ops; and teams responsible for organizing complex maintenance activities and sales success initatives.
