Developed Treatment, Storage, Disposal and Recycling Program for UTC. Effectively managed remediation projects were estimated at $140 MM at that time. Performed EH&S audits and training within the U. S. and at international sites in Australia, Asia, Brazil, China, France, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia, Spain and UK. Performed EH&S training and EH&S Kaizen events at international locations in India, China, Japan and Korea.

Spearheaded the underground storage tank (UST) closure, replacement and monitoring program for all P&WA facilities in East Hartford and satellite locations in CT. Worked with the operations of the 2.0 MG/D industrial wastewater treatment system and chemical waste treatment plant.

Managed EH&S compliance at high tech printed circuit board manufacturing facilities in CT and FL. Managed the installation of membrane ultra-filtration industrial wastewater treatment systems in CT and FL. Managed the handling, disposal and treatment of chemical process wastes. Managed environmental monitoring program, laboratory sample analysis and supervised chemical waste water treatment personnel.
