I have practiced as a litigation solicitor in Exeter since qualifying in 1982 and over that time have developed a wealth of experience in the litigation field.For the last 10 years or so I have specialized in disputed Wills and Estates; advising on all types of claims based on challenges under the 1975 Inheritance Act, claims in relation to undue influence; lack of capacity and breach of trust. I also advise on ways of dealing with the removal of executors and trustees.Many of these cases are resolved by Mediation , in which I have a keen interest and expertise in presenting cases at Mediation to their best advantage.I also advise landowners on the possibility of removing or modifying restrictive covenants that might otherwise impeded development, and am actively involved in a number of Tribunal cases. I have also successfully taken a case regarding relaxation of a covenant to the Court od Appeal.Finally, I regularly advise claimants in relation to professional negligence cases against solicitors and valuers/surveyors
