Responsible for Marine, Aviation, Supply Base and Materials & Inventory for Apache North Sea.

• Day-to-day management responsibility and technical authority for all Apache logistics activities including marine, aviation & shorebase.• Provide advice and recommend logistical solutions as needed to meet drilling, projects and operational requirements.• Ensures compliance with all relevant corporate, business unit policies, government and industry regulations.• Leads incident investigations associated with marine, aviation and shorebase activities. • Schedules and conducts performance management sessions with key contractors.• Effectively plans, coaches, and gives feedback to employees about performance and development.• Attend/deputise for Supply Chain Manager during vacation and at various industry forums such as ASTG & MSF.• Work with Finance to develop annual logistics budget and ensure costs are properly allocated on any logistics related invoices.• Technically/Financially approve all logistics related invoices.• Work with Contracts team to ensure all logistics related contracts are up-to-date & current.• Member of Apache’s Emergency Response Team.

Monitor effective implementation of HSEQ arrangements and development of a strong safety culture on Base. Develop budgets for Base operations and audit compliance. Manage the ASCO and CCA contract’s whilst developing strategies to capture operational and cost efficiencies. Ensure compliance with Talisman core values through development of strategies and monitor through Key performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements. Participate in tender preparation, review evaluation and contract awards. Develop methodologies to ensure stock is maintained in a fit for purpose state; facilitate stock rationalisation and consolidation. An active member of Talisman’s emergency response team and Projects logistics focal point.
