I worked at Estio Training for over three. years and have been a Development Skills Coach and Trainer in Project Management and Business Analysis. I managed the Functional skills (Maths & English) area before retiring. I am available for consultation work to share my vast experience. A highly motivated, experienced Customer Project/Programme Manager with an excellent track record and reputation of delivering significant business results across Industry.I have delivered a complex project successfully that implemented a new Wide Area Network, SIP and new call manager system into a service centre. This involved extensive negotiation and issue management with Vodafone particularly with their suppliers to manage civils and cabling infrastructure into the company sites to ensure this was delivered to a deadline. I developed a new migration process that resulted in a robust issue free migration onto the new supplier’s network. The lessons learned from the project has also resulted in improvement initiatives being developed and implemented to create a new Network Inventory that will benefit the company in the future.I have started a new project to deliver a new Identity Management process into the company that will involve direct involvement with company departments such as HR, IT and Finance. This will be phased and be a challenging project that I will use my skills and drive to deliver successfully.I have led large change/continuous improvement projects to deliver significant business benefits. In 2014/2015 I delivered £8.4m of business benefit that was fully ratified with the budget holders in Finance. Through collabration with key stakeholders improved supplier operational performance from 79% to 98% through process improvement and agreeing robust Service Level Agreements.I have excellent stakeholder management skills, which included direct face to face contact with customers to enhance the customer experience. I provided detailed updates for the Office of Telecom Adjudicators (OTA), which is part of OFCOM, and regularly attended meetings to represent the Plan and Build team in Openreach.

Having helped run the London Training Centre for the past seven months I am going back into a leadership role which is what I know and thrive in from my past experinces. This lead to meetings with BT solicitors and barristers, attending the High Court in London. I received reward and recognition from the Head of Repayments for the efforts that I put into this matter. I successfully negotiated with a consultant concerning a dispute over costs, which appeared a lost cause at the time and managed to recover costs for BT to the value of £60,000.
