This can be home workouts, Body weight, Resistance training to creating circuits/HIIT or Running improvements in time.• Monito, Adapt and provide support and hold clients accountable.• Provide Nutritional guidance and support where needed.• Record data for clients development etc – Reps, Sets, Weights, Score or times for progress reports.• Continuous self-development to provide a wider range of knowledge for the clients and myself.• Obstacle course (Spartan SGX coaching) program training, individual and group.

Reporting to the senior production Operations manager, and leading a team of 44, responsible for running the day-to-day operations and manage the shared services departments of the Paint Finishing and CNC Departments. The teams are responsible for the delivery of multiple parts per program including Composite, Fiberglass and metallics. These vary between 180 Aircraft Components and 260 Components per week and on average 150 Aircraft parts throughput in the Paint Dept. The role is twofold:Key Responsibilities- Man Management:• Work with Key stakeholders in Projects and planning across all levels of the business.• Ensure direct reports have clarity about their roles and responsibilities.• Establish quantifiable and observable performance objectives for direct reports including KPI’s• Evaluate performance against established performance expectations • Assist others in achieving their development objectives by providing advice, resources, coaching, or other support• Responsible for ensuring all aspects of succession planning (training needs analysis, mentoring of staff• Working within the ISO 9001 QMS and Paint NADCAP accreditation. – Later, received a Top Merit Certificate.• Continuous improvement department lead. 5S, Ishikawa, Kaizen and all continuous improvement across Dept.• Leading Technical 8D investigations, Gemba quality walks and Audits of the Process.• Oversee the manufacturing Paint Process of all Composite parts for on time delivery to the customer• Developing Paint Standard operating Procedure and Work instructions relating to the Painting of Composite Substrate Components, Stream lining Processes looking at generating a reduced lead time or costs.

Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, and leading a team of 32 direct and indirect reports, responsible for day-to-day running and management of the A330Flap Track Fairing Assembly Line and Final Assembly (including, planning, procurement, quality and engineering, Programs and Logistics). As the Paint Supervisor for the composite and fiberglass components, tasked with Setting up new Work instructions, Standardizing the practices and processes used across all programs through working stringently with the different Paint Suppliers and all new programs – 8 Different Painting Programs.

Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, and leading a team of 36, responsible for day-to-day running and management of A350 -900 Flap Support Fairings Transfer of work package from Belgium and Developing initial startup in the Production line. This included planning the work transfer package from initial build, creating the transfer and manufacturing schedules while continuing with execution on multiple schedules. Working on the initial startup process and work instructions. Adapting and overcoming initial teething problems with dynamic impact sessions.

Working in the Preparation Section, in charge of running the 10/30 machines which supplied the finishing machines. Working to daily schedules and targets, had sole responsibility in meeting these so not to stop or delay production. Develop & implement effective strategies to meet and exceed personal and team targets. Responsible for quality, Safety, continuous improvement and Repairs. Upkeep and maintaining the fleet of machines. Maintaining accurate and real time data and KPI’s to liaise with the Senior Management to provide frontline input to drive process and policy improvements within the company quality and ME departments.

Working on the components and structures manufactured for both Boeing and Airbus Aircraft within all relevant specifications. Planning and executing daily and weekly schedules. The preparation, Masking, Priming, Mixing, Top coating, Lacquering, Polishing and part marking off all components and structures. Planning and scheduling workloads within the restraints of space and times in booth and ovens. Ensuring all documentation and Specifications are updated with correct Recordings. Preparation for the NADCAP audit within the paint shop.

I worked on the refurbishment of all paint aspects on the fleet of aircraft and associated components

I was responsible for the overall surface finish and painting of the squadrons and all relevant ground equipment and aircract components.
