Monthly Management Accounts

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including full reconciliations.• Prepare VAT return.• Processing payment run.• Assist in preparation of annual accounts for audit.• Prepare monthly and annual tax submission: CIS reports, Tax submission.• Processing mileage claims and fuel card recharges.• PSA, P11D etc returns.• Weekly and monthly reporting as required by Division/Group.• Deal with queries from Group/Region/Division as required.• COINS, Excel (Vlookups & Pivots)

• Production of Monthly Management Accounts, Income & Expenditure, reporting on variances against budget. • KPI Reporting.• Nominal Reconciliations.• Open Accounts & Excel (Vlookups & Pivots)

• Production of Monthly Management Accounts, Profit & Loss Reports, reporting on variances against budget reporting to Group.• Provide support and guidance to management team.• Oversee purchase and sales ledger processing and petty cash.• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations.• Annual Budget Forecasts.

• Production of Monthly Management Accounts, Profit & Loss Reports for both companies including consolidation reports, reporting on variances against budget.• Monthly Balance sheet Reconciliation’s for both companies including consolidation reporting.• Reconcile all Companies Bank Account’s. • Liaise with Merchant service providers regarding various Accounts calculating companies’ liability.• Monthly Payroll for both companies 35 employees, including annual returns.• Cash Management. For both companies maintaining intercompany transfers.• Annual Budget Forecasts, Cash flow Forecasts for both companies including consolidation.• Maintain Fixed Asset Registers for both companies.• Prepare and complete Quarterly VAT Returns for both companies.• Prepare Year End Accounts for both companies, liaising with Accountants/Auditors

• Production of Monthly Management Accounts, Profit & Loss Reports for all 40 Charity cost centre’s reporting on variances against budget.• Monthly Balance sheet Reconciliation’s.• Weekly Bank Account Reconciliation’s.• Prepare and Manage Cash flow Forecasts.• Maintain Fixed Asset Registers including Properties and Vehicles.• Prepare and complete Quarterly VAT Returns.• Prepare Year End Accounts to Charity SORP Standards, Liaise with Auditors.
