Work with staff mechanical, and environmental engineers to design waste water treatment facilities, and systems, and waste water plant improvements for clients.

Designed chemical mixing stations, and chemical delivery systems. In the early years , I also helped with fabrication of systems. I assembled stainless manifolds for pneumatic actuators, and N2 purge features. Learned to weld polypropylene for cabinet construction, and butt fusion weld teflon pipe.

I worked with staff mechanical engineers on site wide infrastructure projects such as LN2 distribution system, process gas distribution, process cooling water upgrades, RO & DI water system upgrades. I worked with staff engineers and trades to create facilitation drawings for the water treatment building. I worked with Chemical Engineers to develop multiple chemical distribution system fabrication drawings. I supported the various fabrication areas by creating equipment install drawing packages, pollution abatement equipment installation drawings, and fabrication projects. I worked with the staff structural engineer to develop vibration isolation bases for clean room equipment, and various on site building modifications, and support structures. I provided design support to the facilities department mechanical engineering group, and trades leads for production support projects such as developing hot DI water systems, high resistivity process cooling water systems, and proprietary R&D projects.
