I started working with Buckinghamshire college group as a Performance Coach delivering tutorials, Careers Coaching, and progression sessions. Following this, I progressed onto become the ‘Careers Progression Advisor’ for all three campuses. Supporting students with deciding on their next steps following their studies with Buckinghamshire College Group. Whether it is University, Apprenticeship, Employment or even staying on at College. In addition, to support the students with any careers changes or decisions about what career path are suitable for them.

I currently work as a performance coach with Buckinghamshire college group, where I support students between 16-19 years old. I deliver a program called ‘Careers coaching and Progression’ along with one to one support with each student to discuss a variety of career options available to them. The Careers coaching and progression sessions cover a wide variety of topics from employability skills, interview skills, cv and cover letter writing, work experience, volunteering, conflict handling, professional communication and many more topics relating to careers development.

At Creative Learning I successfully deliver cooking (a passion of mine) classes to a variety of people from, homeless shelters, mencap, drug rehabilitation centres, and also carers. The sessions are aimed at individuals with little or no experience cooking food from scratch, offering quick and easy, simple cook methods. With added nutritional benefits of the products used, not forgetting the improved confidence being able to prepare and cook dishes from scratch. I’ve also supported with European projects, from a quality active aging program with several European countries involved. Recognising skills and abilities people of a retired age have and how they can continue to use and support others with their skills and qualities. A further project I had the opportunity to work with was ‘digital skills to create local history’. Again with several other European countries involved. A pleasure to stay connected with and work with other European partners.

I have recently developed a program 'Without Limits Go' which is aimed at assisting individuals to understand themselves more then they think they do. Improve their use of language within there own communication, both to themselves and to others. The impact this has on there life and other's. People will also be introduced to state management through understanding different states and the best possible ways to recognise unresourceful states as well as how to access more desirable and resourceful states. This in turn will give more insight and ambition when recognising and identifying personal goals. Having a clear conscious goal in mind opens people up to many other ambitions therefore creating drive to achieve more then ever before. I worked as an Architectural technician for a range of different architectural practices. Specialising in projects within the residential, retail, and commercial sectors, with a particular emphasis on residential projects, preparing and submitting planning and building regulation drawings for residential projects throughout the UK. I also undertook a lot of work both working individually and as part of a team. I found it very rewarding organising CPD (continual professional development) events in response to identifying individual and company training needs through staff appraisals and consultations with managers.I currently continue my experience and skills within architecture by undertaking projects from private clients predominantly with a focus on planning and building regulations applications.
