I am a surveyor specialising in preparing plans for Land Registry submissions.My business Red Line Plans has doubled turnover in the last 18 months and now employs 2 office based CAD technicians.We have pioneered the use of the ZEB1 mobile laser scanning system; this is excellent for surveying indoor spaces and sub-urban gardens. For larger spaces we us GPS, also for control and geo-referencing.We expect to add a second field surveyor to the team in 2017-18. This will be to assist with preparing lease plans in London and the south. The work will focus on measured surveys for buildings and preparation of their CAD plans.
