Sold golf equipment and performed repairs. Conducted golf fittings with Taylormade, Cobra, Titleist, Mizuno, Ping, Callaway and Cleveland/Srixon products.

I adjust claims dealing with automobile accidents. I am often on the phone making contact with people who have just experienced some sort of a loss so customer service is extremely important. I attempt to help people through difficult times as they go through the claims process from initially reporting an accident to final payment.

Over the course of 4 years, I have raised over $45,000 for the University. The job has also helped me build communication skills, particularly over the phone when speaking to alumni. I have created lasting relationships for the school by building rapport with alumni and getting their support of the institution. I was promoted to supervisor in September of 2013. As a student supervisor, I am responsible for conducting interviews, training new employees, overseeing calling shifts, as well as generating follow-up paperwork for alumni.

Coordinate events and help international students adjust to life in United States.

As the Clubhouse Manager, I will work with the players and coaches to provide them with anything that they need. Responsibilities include buying food and drinks for before and after games, doing laundry, and keeping all areas of the clubhouse clean.

Instruct and assist in the development of high school baseball players, ages 16 to 18. I also contact prospective sponsors to help fund the summer teams sponsored by Dream Bat. In the upcoming summer months, I will also be working with the company to help improve local baseball fields in the Somers area.

Observed and learned about the operations of a high school athletic department through shadowing the Athletic Director and attending meetings with school administrators.
