I am a director in the Real Estate and Real Estate Finance department.My work spans across numerous market sectors with a particular focus on retail, healthcare and hospitality. I advise a variety of clients which include established banking institutions, challenger banks, bridging lenders, high net worth borrowers, property developers and landlord and tenants.Having worked in commerce for a number of years, prior to becoming a solicitor, acquiring this level of commercial exposure has enabled me to engage with my clients with business acumen, which has in turn enabled me to quickly assimilate and directly relate to their business needs.Notable cases that I have worked on include the £30million refinance of a single building, £28milion refinance of a portfolio containing more than 100 properties, acting for lenders in the finance of a number of hotels, pubs and care homes, acting for a client in the purchase and sale of a newly constructed property consisting of more than 50 flats and a commercial unit and acting for a property developer in the plot sales of more than 100 flats following the acquisition and development of a former office building.
