Started out as an Applications developer at UTS and several job roles leading to IT Auditing for a Finance Company (C.A.G.A. later Custom Credit) & contract roles with GIO and QBE Insurance.Joined with two friends (Hani Iskander and Helen Shineburg) as a Director/Partner in a Software House "QIS Pty Ltd", later "Tricom Corp". Worked on two steams of development for Leasing & Commercial Fleet Management Service Companies (Holden National Leasing Limited & Interleasing, Hertz Leasing), Private Fleet Management & Maintenance. Job roles from system design and development, team and project management, technical sales support (Leasing & Fleet).Returned to technical, design and development roles up to the present EDI specialisations around EDIFACT, X12 & Marc 21 standards in the Library Supply industry.Specialties: Business Analysis and Process Redesign in the Leasing, Vehicle Finance, Fleet Management & Maintenance Industries.Development and support of complex EDI systems to support Library supply workflows.
