In a CIO/CISO/CTO role I led all things IT for IVE Group (ASX:IGL), with a multi-disciplined team of 30+ outstanding IT specialists supporting multiple business units, 2,000 employees and the diverse and ever-evolving Cybersecurity and Data risk landscape, Infosec Governance and Compliance, Network, Infrastructure and ITC support demands of IVE and their customers. My remit included:• Cyber and Data Security risk exposure, strategy and capabilities.• InfoSec Governance, Compliance, Risk Management and IT Certifications• ITC - Network, DC, Infrastructure, Security Ops & Helpdesk support• E-Commerce, Dev and ERP/MIS systems - Supporting IVE's internal and customer facing systems Highlights of the technology transformation journey:• Driving a major transformation in cyber & data security strategy and capabilities towards a "Zero Trust" framework with a target of being in the top 5% in APAC. Successful implementations of globally leading security technologies including Palo Alto, Okta, Crowdstrike, Netskope, Illumio, Mimecast, F5, KnowBe4 amongst others.• Implementation of Corporate Risk and ISMS frameworks, incl ISO27001, SOC2 & PCI-DSS certifications.• Rebuilding of the corporate network, delivering high capacity & fully carrier redundant private fibre and SD Wan hybrid networks to deliver resilience to business operations.• Major consolidation of disparate legacy Data Centre and infrastructure footprints delivering high capacity, availability and DR/BCP to the DC, compute and store capabilities whilst achieving substantial cost savings.• Tight management of a >$15m IT budget, with a focus on “bang for buck”, eliminating wastage and inefficiencies.• Developing exceptionally strong and effective long term relationships with internal key stakeholders and aligned strategic key external partners across the network, infrastructure, security and compliance spaces.• Building a happy, engaged, high performing team, average of >12 years tenure across IT
