My present employment is as a Production Supervisor / Head Polisher at Firmin Ltd where my daily duties involve polishing Helmets and Cuirasses for the Household Cavalry. Running the polishing, mounting, soldering and the accoutrements departments, ordering supplies and materials, liasing with management and workers to ensure production targets are made, quality inspection and dealing with problems as they arise, making sure all machinery/equipment and tooling is maintained and functional at all times.I am at present seeking a position in a company that can utilize the skills that I have and help me to advance in my career.

Setting, Operation & Maintenance of an Amada Vela II - Turret punch press, including using surface grinder to sharpen punch & dies. Shearing sheet to size by use of Guillotine prior to punching, using circular saw to cut section to size, notching corners of sheet prior to folding, deburring components prior to welding & all other aspects of fabrication right through to final inspection. Also responsible for taking delivery of materials (Sheet/Section) & stock control.
