Managing the customer complaints:- Registering the claims in the ERP System;- Running analysis for the complaints using quality tools in order to complete the 8D report;- Fulfilling the claim details on customer portal or on the documents requested by its side;- Managing the meetings with the customers regarding quality issues;- Providing assistance to the Customer Care responsible in obtaining resolutions for the quality claims regarding financial aspect;- Managing the action plans for improving the quality KPI's;- Managing the suppliers quality issues by submitting the claims to the suppliers and approving the suppliers 8D's (containment, RC analysis, PCA and traversal deployment); - Accountable team member in the meetings regarding the analysis of the Quality Management System;- Accountable for creating and updating control instructions;- Managing the monitoring and measuring equipment list and ordering needed measuring and monitoring instruments for the Business Unit;- Initiating, coordinating or participating to increasing of the processes efficiency actions;- Rework and scrap management.

Finished Good Quality Control Engineering & Supervision:- organizing the quality engineering team for optimal problem solving;- coordination of endurance tests of the finished product;- implementation in terms of quality of the new products into mass production;- continuous improving of the quality control procedures;- regular checks of Registers related to the Finished Good Quality Control;- solving of the quality issues appeared;- building and implementing of the standard routines in the quality checking points;- final decision in quality releasing process for the finished goods registered with quality issues;- recurrent checking on the rejected products in the sorting process;- constant training on the safe working environment;- daily prioritization of the solving problems list;- team coordination plans on short horizon and development on mid and long horizon

- programs building for the measuring machines, with MCosmos software and LKDEMIS- measuring with the specific measuring devices;- establish priorities of the metrology laboratory;- identification of the incorrect data on the technical drawing in building programs for the measuring machines;- technical issues physical identification on the measured components - continuous support in identification and technical solution in solving the issued problems of the components or of the technical drawings;- communication and escalation in real time of the appeared issues on the stakeholders;- establish deadlines for creating programs in order to plan delivery date for the final components;- continuous improving of the procedures in the measuring process.
