I retired as Chief of Police to pursue other entrepreneurial ventures. The town council praised me for all my efforts to improve the town of Quantico, Virginia.

This was a combination of a Chiropractic and Physical Therapy company. I organized, prepared, planned and sold the Physical Therapy portion of the company in 2015.

Duties included the management of day-to-day operations, budgetary control, and long-term planning. My responsibilities also included participation in the management of the sales cycle for the implementation of our product and services. This required onsite visits to client facilities to meet with project management and senior executives, including VPs and presidents; the making of product presentations: and leading implementation and ongoing support discussions where a deep understanding of both the product and the sales cycle was required to ensure the securing of new and future renewal of contracts.

Duties include verifying, investigating, prosecuting, and extraditing all sex offenders in my jurisdiction. Included Grand Jury testimony and extensive court testifying resulting in convictions.Special Task Force. SWIFT Unit task force, where I was responsible for investigating and prosecuting firearm and sex offender cases and the execution of warrants and extraditions. Attended the Virginia State Police academy. Responsibilities and duties included Field Training Officer, General Instructor certified through the Department of Criminal Justice (teaching), Driving Instructor (education) and Background investigator.
