I lead a team as part of the Consumer Marketing and Data Analytics team on the Consumer Analytics team. Our team members are trained in a quantitative discipline to enable the organization to leverage data to drive changes in consumer wellness and health-oriented behaviors. These disciplines incorporate web analytics, data mining, statistical analysis, pattern recognition, predictive modeling and optimization. My team specifically applies our quantitative skills to the Humana Individual space as well several other of our key areas such as related to Humana's members' health and consumer engagement.

I served as the primary consumer focused analytics consultant for Humana’s Home Care Management area of business. This consisted of performed consumer analysis of Humana members needing care management and consulted with internal partners to design participation and engagement outreach strategies.I assisted in the delivering of a Medicare Advantage Behavioral Segmentation to Humana’s different lines of businesses and assisted in designing engagement strategies for Humana’s Home Care Management area of business that included developing member behavior predictive models.I also developed direct mail campaign targeting models, Medicare member enrollment channel preference models and performed analysis to assist internal partners in understanding member behavior in terms of retention, participating in telephonic programs, promoting Humana as a company, visiting brick and mortar Humana Guidance Centers, and identifying potential caregivers.

I led a group of analysts consulting an internal care Home Care Management program. Our team performed predictive analysis of existing customers, found potential growth opportunities, provided marketing campaign recommendations, and helped the client expand its managed member roster.I developed predictive models to identify growth opportunities in consumer preventative exam behavior and Humana associate healthy behavior, help Humana expand its mail order drug business, and reduce costs by identifying the consumer’s payment method preference.I also consulted with internal business partners to improve consumer engagement and health metrics by creating clone models identifying members more likely to complete Health Assessments and participate in wellness programs.Finally, I participated in Rapid Introductory Business/Analytics courses to understand Humana as a business and Humana’s analytical needs and capabilities.
