The lead producer and programmer for the company, responsible for booking performances both in the UK and internationally, raising commercial funds and managing the company administration. I founded the company in 2013 after leaving university, and have developed it from a micro-scale enterprise to an internationally renowned arts company.The company now employs approximately 25 people each year in its productions, which include both an all-male troupe of actors and an all-female troupe of actors, each performing around 200 shows annually in the UK, USA, Asia and wider Europe.We have been commended for our sustainability efforts, as our work in the UK all takes place with the actors cycling between venues, carrying all of their set, props and costumes on their bikes. In 2014 we were awarded the Fringe Sustainable Practice Award by Creative Carbon Scotland, and were nominated for The Stage's Sustainability Award in 2017.

Responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of a nationwide engagement programme surrounding the production of About Us, as part of UNBOXED: Creativity in the UK. This has involved building partnerships with arts and STEM organisations throughout the UK, alongside demographic studies to build strong community buy-in and legacy-building activities.

I have worked as a freelance producer for a number of years, developing my own productions and arts projects, working with other artists to get shows funded and programmed, and working with larger producing organisations on their own commissions and projects. These projects have taken place in the UK for the most part, with some corporate work taking place in Europe. Recent work includes:- 'Obfuscated Boroughs of London' - a covid-safe, fantastical walking tour of London, funded by Arts Council England and taking place in April 2021. This was a project which was particularly focussed on using non-theatrical spaces as a stage for spectacle and storytelling, helping to re-invigorate people's attachment to their local area after such a long period of being indoors during 2020.- '20,000 Leagues Under the Sea' - an installation-based public art piece, designed to fit flexibly into commissioned spaces, which tells the story of Jules Verne's novel using large-scale puppets and dioramas completely created out of single-use plastics. This piece is currently in a research and development residency in Poole, using plastics collected in Poole harbour and on Bournemouth beach to raise awareness of the importance of reducing our use of single-use plastics in order to protect the marine environment.- 'HoneyBee' by Eleanor Dillon-Reams, a gig-theatre piece which was developed for the Edinburgh Fringe 2019, and which I am currently working on touring plans for the next few years.

Responsible for managing the international touring logistics for multiple shows in the company's portfolio. The shows I worked on included 'Dirty Dancing', 'The Woman in Black', 'Another Mother' and Good Chance Theatre's 'The Jungle'.

This role involved working alongside major corporate clients, including Jaguar Land Rover and The London Taxi Company, to produce launch events for media and PR representatives for new products and initiatives. These were produced across Europe, and I was responsible for the technical and creative production aspects of these events. Most were site-specific media drives for journalists, which involved building an event across multiple sites in a city and producing digital content to supplement the experience, all following strict brand guidelines and quality standards.I had a very strong rapport with both contractors and clients, and was requested specifically by many clients to be on their job as I built a strong reputation for quality and flexibility.

This role took place at Shakespeare's Globe on Bankside during the opening of its new indoor candlelit theatre, the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse. It was a wonderful learning experience in an unprecedented building, during the opening productions of Webster's 'The Duchess of Malfi', and Beaumont's 'The Knight of the Burning Pestle'. I worked as an Assistant Stage Manager, developing the backstage technical script for the production, alongside lighting each performance with over 200 candles.

Responsible for leading a team in the research, writing and performance of an interactive piece of theatre based on the escape of a historical bishop from the Tower, with a target audience of families and non-­English speakers.
