Over 20 years of experience in Telecommunications industry, including roles in Operations, Engineering, Network Planning and Product development. Extensive experience in running cross cultural globally distributed teams to meet business and department objectives. Working in Hong Kong since 1997, I have managed project teams responsible for Asia Pac network expansions, including supporting of the successful application and buildout of network and infrastructure for type 1 license in Japan, Australia and Singapore. Other projects included small MPLS network deployments in countries like Vietnam and Malaysia to multi city country projects in India where 6 core network nodes were simultaneously set up along with infrastructure to support all regulatory requirements. I have also provided support to the Middle East and Africa region, leveraging on processes and procedures developed for Asia Pac to drive new projects in the MEA. Currently responsible for the strategic development and direction of the regions local access networks and solutions. Working with carriers and partners to ensure that global products and services can be delivered consistently and seamlessly to customers.
