As a Prince2 Registered Project Management Practitioner with experience in PROPS-C and PMP Methodologies, I also have experience in Operations, Product, Test and Line Management, and was a senior engineer before moving to Technical Program Management.With over 25 years customer interfacing experience, I have worked with and delivered numerous Products/Services/Technologies within Software as a Service (SAAS), Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC), Systems Integration (SI), National Roll Out (NRO) and Local Profile Download (LPD) Automotive Connectivity Service Provider (ACSP) Projects. These would include all aspects of the end to end project deliveries (sales, planning, scoping, design, resourcing, change control, risks, issue resolution, handover and project closure etc). These technical project deliveries include, but not limited to, the following:M2M, IOT, Enhanced Messaging, IP Multimediation, Mobile TV and Streaming, Multimedia Delivery Platforms, Network Evaluation & Test, Line Test, Site Acquisition, Planning, Design and Site Acceptance.I also contributed as a part time PM for two years within product development, in the establishment of a new Financial Security start-up company, moQom. Here I applied my trade project managing the development, and delivery, of Identity and Security solutions which resolve GDPR and PSD2 requirements. I was also responsible for the implementation of the processes and procedures for ISO27001 compliance.During my time within Management in Ericsson, I ran numerous internal Programs across the RWCE Region: Business Driven Organisation Driver: Innovation, Ericsson Brand, Lead Generation, Knowledge Sharing, Cost Control & Ericsson Product Portfolio & Capabilities.; Double Speed Program Driver: End to End project delivery efficiency.Coming from a senior technical backgroup, I have an ability to support technical projects at both high and low level to ensure they are delivered efficiently while meeting overall company goals. Having a strong ability to remain composed under pressure, I handle situations very calmly ensuring that any problem gets resolved quickly and in a professional manner. I consider myself to be very dynamic and will take a positive approach to completing any tasks at hand, and will endeavor to find the most efficient way of working.
