I optimized the alarm handling procedure to decrease total handling from 4:36 to >3 minutes utilizing the DMAIC processes.Adapted alarm handling procedures to incident reporting and customer service through the creation of a customer report with details on one pageStandardized alarm handling process that produced productivity KPIs that identified overactive sensors on customer construction sites.Worked within a cross-functional team to develop defect reporting to maintenance and outside sales reps to fix sensor errors and add sensors to create excellent area coverage.Managed project with the engineering development, sales, and central station team to design, build, and deploy a video alarm monitoring system (VAMS). The new design achieved:Reduced the cost of staffing a certified crane operator by cutting the unit's total weight by 3400 lbs.Reduced the set-up time of the VAMS by breaking down from 2 heavy parts into 3 - 4 light parts.Increased the number of deployable VAMSs from 8 to 16 within a single trip, saving on fuel costs and increasing service speeds for multiple customers.
