Responsibilities included hourly employee experience and safety, quality and customer experience, cost while executing on sortation and conveyance system health and internal and external communications within the community.

Managed a team of 6 managers with over 1,000 full time hourly employees. Setting the strategic direction for this team while delivering results on employee safety, inventory accuracy and cost.

Managed a team of 4 salaried managers and teamsters work force of 150. Day to day responsibilities included executing safety, customer experience, and cost goals.
