Present:+ Responsible for the management and on going compliance of Hillsboro’s site Quality Management Systems for ISO9001 certification. + Successfully lead and managed local and global teams to complete Sun Microsystems first TL9000 certification (May 2007) On going support activities include, training and leading ISO internal audit teams, corrective and preventative action of internal and external findings, measurement and analysis of quality metrics for identifying & management of improvement opportunities. + Responsible for managing and maintaining all of Hillsboro compliance audits of 22 hardware products for UL, CSA, and TUV. + Successfully managed the certification and on going CQC/CCC (Chinese Compulsory Certification) 2011-Present+ Managed our sites documentation processes that support all products, processes, business practices, and certifications.+ Sun Microsystems and Oracle's MECOP OSU site representative for 7 yrs. Managed over 20 students internships for Process, Software, Software Integration Engineering disciplines.

+ Designed and developed process tooling and testing methods to support new and sustaining products used in interconnect systems for medical products. + Work on NPI (New Product Introduction) teams to define and refine product design, product test methods, manufacturing costs, quality targets, and customer delivery. + Implemented process and product improvement on new & existing products to reduce costs. +Worked with product development engineers and global customers to drive design for manufacturability, implementation of quality process systems, and resolution of supplier quality and delivery issues. +Supported production teams to implement NPI and JIT concepts with creation of assembly & QIP instructions, process tools and flow while maintaining ISO 9000 quality requirements. + Managed OSU MECOP program for 2 years.

Product Engineering Experiences: + Project manager to coordinate activities of local and multiple global platform teams projects to develop components and process tools to support the release of new interconnect cables and connectors for data transmission.+ Supported key customers accounts by providing technical expertise on development of product designs while maintain cost and quality objectives. + Identified and qualified component suppliers to meet quality, costs, and delivery targets. + Presented to management bi-quarterly financial, performance, & project schedule information. Process Engineering Experiences: + Worked in manufacturing to support division team in QFD planning, design of components to enable robust manufacturing process.+ Investigated, and resolved material issues working with cross-functional teams to improve quality and on time deliveries of materials to the production floor. + Investigated different process tooling approaches, and provided factory cost spreadsheets for comparison. + Coordinate the design, fabrication, purchasing, process parameters using SPC methods, and product documentation, for their successful release into manufacturing.
