Analyse 2G / 3G Drive tests and provide optimisation recommendations including Physical Optimisations, Site re-designs, Parameter Changes and New Sites / Consolidations working with local optimisation team to agree solutions and implement

• Review and RAG Proposed Consolidation sites from a Coverage / Performance and Capacity perspective for both Operators - Highlight any potential problems on 2G / 3G that may arise.• Carry out Daily Top N review of 2G and 3G sites for both operators using BO Reports and raise / assign trouble tickets to various groups to deal and correct any issues that arise• Performance checks and Optimisation on ad-hoc sites as requested using MRR / NCS / WNCS, also Capacity License expansion ( CEs ) requests for New Sites.
