Achievements:• Project managed the development and enhancement of an in-house Site Management System for Australia and New Zealand.• Implemented an in-house Site Management System across Australia for approximately three hundred sites.• Implemented a customised version of the Australian Site Management System across sites in New Zealand.• Implemented and managed an eCafe solution to allow Client employees to order food and services via a Web Portal.• Developed and delivered training courses to cover the suite of applications used by sites and office areas.• Built a number of business portals using Oracle Portal, including the corporate intranet environment.• Built all the corporate websites using Oracle Portal.• Set up and managed an effective Service Delivery Team to support the Australian and New Zealand business.• Formalised existing project management skills by becoming certified in Prince2 to Practitioner level.• Effectively delivered an Oracle based billing solution across the Australian business, providing a centralised real-time reporting of all billing performed by sites, to replace the billing solution implemented earlier.• Effectively rolled out other billing solutions to fit with specific areas of the business and support the centralised reporting solution.• Effectively streamlined the processes around implementation and support of the Point of Sale solution being rolled out across the Australian sites.• Effectively managed a number of successful teams to produce GREAT results under challenging circumstances.

Achievements:• Attained Microsoft Certified Professional with the additional rating of Product Specialist for Excel knowledge.• Created all the courseware used in the presentations, along with exploring and developing the Accelerated Learning Techniques employed in the sessions.• Achieved high ratings in all my training sessions, measured by feedback received from participants.• Assisted in the successful setup of the LAN environment at the Novotel Palm Cove Resort in Carins, along with the training of all Users at the site (approx. 50).• Confidently and professionally trained and supported large sites, e.g., NEC, Birkenhead Point Centre Management, Hyatt Kingsgate Hotel, Fincom and Novotel Palm Cove Resort, Cairns.• Built the company’s first Website using Front Page.
