CurrentAs a Practitioner, I will be collaborating with external clients to assist them with the improvement of their operational excellence and safety programs. •Deliver a cultural change process through the implementation of the performance system building blocks (pillars) within the manufacturing location through teaching, coaching, auditing and mentoring all levels of employees across the site•Collaborate with the site leadership team on the strategic direction and deployment of the TPM framework to ensure consistent and rigorous application across the factory•Develop of a problem solving culture amongst all employees focused on loss elimination to deliver business results
