Implementing the Simparel ERP system, EDI, Reporting, Training, Systems Administration.

I supervised the company's BlueCherry ERP system and Edi operations. Set up Edi with Vendors. I created line sheets for the company intranet using Crystal Reports and VB 6. Images were processed with Photoshop. I developed a store distro import procedure which saved one staff position. Implemented the scan and pack module of the system which reduced shipping errors in the DC.

Implemented the company's BlueCherry ERP/supply chain system at client companies in various industries such as apparel manufacturing, importing, consumer electronics and accessories. Implementation included Business Process Review, determining system gaps which required modifications, building the project plan, conversion of existing system data, client training and monitoring implementation progress

Managed 25-site IT operation with over 350 users

I coordinated and supervised hardware and software implementation including planning, installation, testing, training and support for all I.T operations for the company. Installed and supervised EDI systems and wrote EDI mappings. I wrote custom report programs in Visual Basic and Crystal Reports. I managed network administration and support of windows 2000, NT and UNIX servers and workstations. Planned and implemented the Wide Area Network that integrated the two companies’ 4 locations data and voice communications. I implemented VPN services for telecommuters, provided hardware and software support and training for all locations of the company. Set up corporate website. Set up the General Ledger system.
