While this search would span multiple industries, including logistics, education, healthcare, and customer service, I have ultimately specialized in health tech as both an instructor and as a product specialist. At my current role at SimplePractice, I work with customers that utilize our software to support their clinical and business goals. Nested within that role, I have also trained new hires, proposed software changes, and worked towards KPIs specifically for our Group accounts.As a supplement to my skill development as a Product Specialist at SimplePractice, I have invested in obtaining coaching certifications. These trainings have improved my ability to influence positive change in the lives of others while providing a supportive environment. No matter the kind of change we seek, having someone in our corner is immensely valuable.
