- Responsible for ElectraNet's financial management - Strategic Planning, Treasury, Long term financial planning, Internal and External reporting, Risk Management, Taxation, Financial controls/policy and procedures- Reporting to the CFO- Member of the Senior Leadership Team Major Achievements: o Re-structured the finance service to the business taking it from a transactional service provider to an analytical business partner.o Project owner and steering committee member for the re-engineering of the SAP financial system;o Establishment of two USD bond issuance in the US Private Placement market (USD350 M and USD220 M respectively);o Arranged AU$600 M of bank funding facilities;

Responsible for Credit Union's- Financial management - Strategic Planning, Treasury, Long term financial planning, Internal and External reporting, Risk Management, Taxation, Financial controls/policy and procedures- Operational Risk Management - establishment and maintenance of an enterprise wide risk management structure. - Channel Management - The provision of access channels to the organisations client base (excluding branch and telephone access).The main areas of access are electronic such as Bpay, Direct Debit facilities, ATM’s and, Card access. This area has both revenue and expense budgets of $16.1 M and $8.5 M respectively.- Facilities Management - Property and Asset management for the organisations branch structure (covering 22 branches, head office and 50 ATMs); Third party contract negotiation and management for the provision of services to the Credit Union; The budget for the area exceeded $7.5 M.- Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services- Member of the Senior Leadership Team Major Achievements: o Improvement of the financial reporting capabilities reducing the time for completion from 15 working days to 6 and improving the quality of information;o Project owner for the implementation of new financial management system a $1.5m project (completed successfully). o Project owner for the negotiation and infrastructure fit out for the new head office building successfully completed a $5.0m project.o Project owner for the transition to the new International Financial Reporting Standards.o Establishment of an enterprise wide risk management framework.

- Responsible for Elders Insurance financial management - Strategic Planning, Treasury, Long term financial planning, Internal and External reporting, Risk Management, Taxation, Financial controls/policy and procedures- Reporting to the CFO- Member of the Senior Leadership Team Major Achievements: o Establishment of the Elders Insurance Franchise agreement.o Establishment of the business insurance license which was completed successfully.o Creation and implementation of the Finance and Administration functions for the insurance business (Accounting policy and practice, Management and Board reporting, Governance practices and risk management)o Managed the introduction of the financial nuances of Insurance business more broadly into the Futuris/Elders management team. o Successfully developed a dedicated finance and administration team.
